A new Dozz customer's trial clock starts the moment their admin first logs in — and from there they have 30 days to see enough value to become a paying customer. This role owns making sure that actually happens.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding end to end: from an approved signup request through workspace setup, first login, and getting the team actually scanning their first assets
- Be the first point of contact for a workspace admin with a question — about the product, their trial, or their invoice
- Actively manage the trial window: check in with organisations who haven't engaged, help the ones who have get further
- Handle renewal conversations for annual and contract customers before they come due
- Turn recurring customer questions and friction points into clear, prioritised feedback for engineering — you're the loudest voice in the room for what customers actually need
- Occasionally get hands-on in the product yourself to walk a customer through a setup question rather than just describing it
What we're looking for
- Comfortable being both relationship manager and hands-on product expert — this is not a purely relationship-management role
- Experience with B2B SaaS onboarding or customer success
- Clear, patient written communication — a lot of your customers (school admins, ops managers) are not technical by trade
- Organised enough to track many trial and renewal conversations at once without anything falling through
Nice to have
- Experience in EdTech, or with schools/institutions as customers
- Comfortable reading structured usage data or a simple report to spot who is at risk of churning
