Verified non-profit organisations get the Professional plan on Dozz free, permanently — because a charity tracking its equipment shouldn't have cost as the reason it falls behind. This role owns that programme.
What you'll do
- Review non-profit applications submitted with organisation name and registration documentation, and verify them properly
- Activate approved organisations onto the free Professional plan — the current standard is turning this around within one business day
- Manage the dedicated non-profit applications inbox as the main point of contact for the programme
- Build real relationships with the non-profits already on Dozz — check in, understand how they're actually using it, and help where they're stuck
- Proactively identify charities and NGOs who track physical assets or equipment and would benefit, and reach out to them
- Report back on how the programme is doing — how many organisations, how engaged they are, what's working
What we're looking for
- Organised, with good judgement reviewing documentation and verifying an organisation is genuinely a non-profit
- Comfortable emailing and speaking with non-profit staff who are often not technical by trade
- Genuine interest in the non-profit / charity sector, not just process-running
Nice to have
- Prior experience working in or with the non-profit sector
- Partnerships, grants, or community-outreach experience
