How long does it take to get started?
Most organisations are live the same day they contact us. We provision your environment within minutes. Importing assets, printing labels, and inviting your team typically takes 1–3 hours total. You don't need an implementation project or a consultant.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Yes, always. Your data is yours. You can export everything — assets, assignments, audit logs, purchase orders — at any time with one click, in standard CSV format. Your data is always exportable in full — one click, any time, no restrictions.
How does SSO login work?
Staff log in using their existing company Google or Microsoft account. Only email addresses matching your organisation's domain are permitted. The first time someone logs in, their account is created automatically with staff-level access. Your administrator assigns roles and permissions from the dashboard. No passwords, no IT involvement, no accounts to create manually.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new organisation gets 3 months of full access at no cost, with no credit card required. You get access to every feature from day one. If you decide Dozz isn't right for you, just export your data and walk away — no questions, no lock-in.
What happens when I reach my asset or user limit?
We'll let you know before you hit your limit and give you options to upgrade. We don't cut off access without warning. If you're approaching a limit and need time to decide, just contact us — we'll work something out.
